Comrades Marathon 2024 sees our Superhero runners raising funds for ECD

The Community Chest 'Superheroes Campaign' is an exciting initiative that sees Comrades runners raising funds for Community Chest Durban and Pietermaritzburg while running the Ultimate Human Race on Sunday, 9 June 2024.

Do you want to improve your seeding batch and start in the C batch? Join our Superheroes and raise a minimum of R 6000. Register on Race4Charity and you will be allocated a personal fundraising link. You can then ask your family, friends, colleagues, clients, suppliers, and the general public to donate money to the Community Chest, using your personalised link.

For our Comrades Campaign, Community Chest Durban and Pietermaritzburg is focusing on the Community Impact Partners whose purpose is to provide nutrition and early childhood development (ECD) to 6 000 children throughout KwaZulu-Natal. The first five years of a child’s life are essential in developing mental, physical, social, and emotional skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.

How to sign up as a fundraiser for Community Chest Durban and Pietermaritzburg

1. Go to your Comrades Marathon App. Go to the info button.
2. Go to Entry Profile Login.
3. Fill in your Login details.
4. If you don’t have a Comrades App. Go to www.easyreg.co.za.
5. Once you have logged in successfully. Click on your name above paid.
6. Click on Edit next to Race4Charity Information.
7. Select your Charity:
   - Upload your image
   - Tell a story about your Charity
   - Specify how much you want to raise
8. Make every kilometre count and raise funds for Early Childhood Development while you take on the Ultimate Human Race.
